my fluid is ok (not topped off, but not below level), but I'm still on factory brakes.
but there's no other noises. brakes are still A-ok

Try listening carefully with the radio and car off (or at idle if pressure building keeps you from pushing down on the pedal far enough) to hear where it's coming from. If it's just the pedal, you're ok. You can just lube a few hinges and you'll be good to go.

my rear right squeeks when i release the breake pedal...at least thats where i think its coming from...It annoys the hell out of me!! I hope its just a leaver in the drumm, that need a regrease...?

my clutch pedal is squeeky also.. about 25% off the floor...such picky little things like that bugg me, but owhell, thats the worst thing wrong with my car, things could be worse!! Gonna have to go nuts on the lube one of these days...
