Default Suspension question

I don't know that much about suspensions so I have a question. I want to lower my car. What is the best way to do it, Lowering springs, adjustable coil overs? If I get Adjustable Coil Overs, would i need to get anything else, and would I need to get anything else for the lowering springs?

Whichever one you choose, it'd be best if you got shocks to go with it. Lowering the car will blow your stock shocks in no time. Best to do it right the first time and get both lowering springs (or coilovers) and shocks simultaneously.

I would go with coilovers wish I did that in the beginning... but as for lowering the car, you should be fine with just springs. I rode on H&R sports for 3 years and never blew them. Just changed them out for KYB struts because the car was getting way to bouncy.

PS. The car was brand new when I lowered it. So if your car is older the struts may go faster.

unless your gonna be raising and lowering your car like every other week, coils are useless imo. shocks would be good to swap out at the same time since you got everything ripped apart. might wanna think about a camber it unless you want a collection of tires with mad camber wear.
