hey wussup everyone,

well i had a question about something going on with my car. everytime im in a lower gear (1st to third) i hear a high rattiling noise especially from 2k - 3k rpms. i was wondering if it could be a tranny problem or any other suggestions? anyone else out there have those type of problem with their d series engine?

well tell us a little more information. It could be a lot of things. what part of the car is it coming from? the engine bay or maybe its exhaust related. give us a little more info

 

try reving the car in neutral parked and see if you are still hearing the sound this way you can eliminate the transmission or the movable parts such as the axil and wheels. if you are still hearing it then it may be the engine area..
