That seems to be the trend...Dubs, be careful out there man, having Brad crash up his car last week would make me not want to go 40 over the limit. Maybe getting parts from him gave you his bad luck?
Anyway, you may want to consider a lawyer on this one. Heavy fine is better than suspended license or tons of points. Hope for some community service or something instead of harsher penalties.

I'm not going to keep bashing you and I'll close this thread.
But someone mentioned a lawyer - I'd definitely get one but in your case I don't know what good that will do since you blatently were over the limit. I can see maybe a little like 60-65mph over, but 95mph? That's ridiculous.
Especially since you just got your licenese. Alot of people have to learn the hard way and maybe your's came sooner than later. But be grateful you had a car and a license. I know some people who have been suspended for 10 years due to DUIs, evading arrest, etc....
The judge is prolly not going to go easy on you either since you're a new driver. Judges hate young (especially males) who don't abide by the law in cars.
