No those arent actual SSR rims. A knock-off of the Comps. On the rims they say " HSR Type-C" or something like that.

Arospeed makes a set that looks similar. I don't know if they are in your price range, but hey...

I searched on Honda-Tech and found a few pictures of 92-95 Hatches.
I think I'm going to get some SSR Comps instead. They look really nice and come in bronze with a polished lip...Yum

Actually, there is also another manufacturer that makes a set similar but in 16's. Forgot the name but it looks just like it...
