Tokico blues are a ****ing joke. I went through 3 sets in the rear. Tokico replaced them the first two times, and said "screw you" the third. I was lowered about 2 inches... Shouldn't have blown since I extended the shock piston above the stock position. I love my KYB's. Get them for an Integra. The shocks are valved higher, and will last longer because of that. I leave mine set on 4 (the highest) all the time, and with my coilovers, it corners like a dream. Since my "S" didn't come with a rear sway bar, and I've been too lazy to get one, it still leans a little in the back when I corner HARD, but just barely.

Boring an engine is actually making the cylinders wider. You have to take out the pistons, widen the cylinders, and either get rings to match, or new pistons if you have gone more extreme. Bored out to 1605 is nuthin. 5cc's more of displacement? WOOT!?!?!?!

And for 2100, you got the deal of the year! I'm jealous. I spent about 4 grand on my S about 2-3 years ago. 2 engines, 3 sets of shocks, 2 sets of springs, 3 sets of rims, and 2 different interiors, and I think I'm finally happy with what I have. Now it's time for paint, cams, and the lightened flywheel I have waiting to go in.

Gentlemen, gentlemen! I bring forth good news ;p

Well it turns out after calling Greddy themselves, it appears they DO have an exhaust cat back for the del sol now, and its not on their website because they're currently updating it. I've read a lot of positive reviews about this exhaust and from what people say about it, it seems like this is the perfect one for me.

Alright, well how far could I "bore" my car anyways? 1605 is pitiful eh? Whats the ideal cc for a sol? New cams and pistons, eh? I'm up for that. That an expensive job? Also, besides replacing the pulleys with lighter ones, yadda yadda...anything else? and btw I'm not down with nitrous, my love for that started and stayed in Super Offroad

Suspension, you said "teins", scratchn? Never heard of those, but I'll look them up. Are they a full on suspension kit complete with stages and all or something? Thanks Bakeoff, my buddy said good things about them too, as well as neuspeed and koni.

Anyways, don't be jealous, this car has had it share of problems, I've already had to replace the brakes all around and the front rotors, it was metal on metal and it sounded like two lions eloping everytime I had to stop. scratches, dings, needing new paint job, lil things here and there, the owner hasnt even gotten me a pink slip yet lol he tells me, "You know how the DMV is...they lag"-but hes a friend of a friend and I dont drive till september so no worries. Apparently there is also a "$400" viper alarm in there and the guy the owner lent the car to before me "forgot" to give it back hah, so I have to get that off him, as well.

Damn bake you went thru a lot of crap...hah but I guess thats part of the fun, eh? ;p

Lata folks

dont bore your engine, thats just retarded on an import, that will cost you a lot of money. If you're looking to do something like that just swap your block out for a crv block, now thats a kick ass engine, just has a little reliability issues....

Make sure that Greddy isn't telling you they have a catback and its the SP, we want the EVO for the sol. Skunk2 is the way to go, i've only heard good things.

KONI KONI KONI KONI KONI KONI. Don't go with Toicko or however the hell you speel it, it should be spelled C-R-A-P.

If you wanna go fast, then boost, but build your internals before you do or you'll be sorry later. Pistions, rods, connectors, sleeves, valves, valve springs, cams, cam shafts, fuel pump, fuel rod, injectors, plugs, plug wires, ecu....the list goes on. Do things right the first time and you'll be thanking yourself later, cut corners and you'll stranded on the side of the road
