www.grillcraft.com makes a lower and upper grill
or like others said, goto home depot, buy some mesh and cut to fit the area (adding 2 inches around for support), mount it with screws and you can even use zipties to secure your plates in the middle of it if youd like.
for the fog lights, you could always go with the mesh and just cut out holes for the foglights to fit

If you have time on your hands get creative... like a box of jumbo paperclips and start linking when bored. :dunno:
GrillCraft is pricey.

I was looking into this because I already meshed up my upper grille (no pun intended).
This is what I was thinking. The guttar guard comes in either smaller sections, or I beleive it comes in a larger roll (not sure on the latter). The smaller sectional peices are slightly too small for the whole lower grille area.
But like I said, I'm almost positive the sell some in a larger roll. Take some measurements, get the right amount, get some tin snips and cut away.
The easiest way to get that crap in there would probably be to remove the black part of the lower grille from the painted bumper. Any haynes/chilten/whatever manual should show you the steps on removing and taking appart the bumper. From there, put the mesh between the bumper and the black grille part, and put it all back togeather. Of course, you'd want to paint the mesh before you do this.
As for fog lights, put them under the mesh kinda hides them.

Have a 94 DX Coupe. Cut the 3 sections out and used some metal lates(mis-spelled i think?). Was $3.28 for a 8 foot by 12 foot sheet. Homedepot. Building material section. Lots of extra just in case you screw up. The hardest part was cutting out all the plastic. Went to harbor freight and got a cheap dremal tool for $12.99. Worked really well. Painted the lates black and the white areas around the radiator. (white car) Looks like a factory big mouth. Hope this helps.
