Default hub rings for rota slipstreams on 2000 civic ex?

Does anyone know if hub rings are needed for rota slipstreams on 2000 civic ex?

It seems like I am getting excessive vibration (and slight pull to the right) from the steering wheel at 65+mph speed ever since I got the new wheels on. The car seems to be stable at speed below thta threshold. Balance and alignment have been done already. There is some negative camber on all wheels, a tiny bit out of spec.

Current suspension setup:
tokico blues with h&r sports ( -1.75" front, -1.5"back)
rota slipstreams 16" (+45 offset in front, +40 offset in back) - they messed up the order, but i think it should be fine.
Kumho 205/45/16

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You should definitely run hub centric rings at least in just the front wheels.

i've been running my rota's for a while with no hub centric rings. no problems with vibrations at all. with conical seat lugs if you tighten them properly then the rim will be lug centric and still perform properly. but it still wouldn't hurt to have them.
