nice. how long has it taken you? i'm thinking about repainting my bumpers because the clear coat is completely gone and there are major scratches. i'm glad i have a white car. i can just stick white primer on there and it won't look so ghetto.
but i'm wondering, why didn't you just take the bumper off and paint it?

I'm waiting for the paint to dry right now... it took a little over 2 hours from start (scrape & pressure wash) to the 2nd coat... then I ran out of paint so I just made sure that I covered everything...
I also used 2 coats of primer before painting, so it finished a little better. If you look really close you can see the lines where the edges of the flakey paint were... I got tired of scraping & figured that it's a temporary solution anyway :dunno: so it'll work for now!

All that work for the stock bumper?
I would've got an aftermarket bumper look way better.
But at least it looks better than it did before.

All that work for a cracked stock bumper, even... but I don't have any $$$ right now... I just bought a set of OEM floormats & am trying to restore everything as much as possible before any go-fast goodies are added (B18C5 anyone?!)... I'm going for the whole "sleeper" look... I just want an OEM-style bumper with a subtle lip...
