wierd shaking?

wierd shaking?
everytime im stopped at a stop light, stop sign,etc. etc. the car shakes out of control until i step on the gas or let go of the brake?..can anyone give me an idea on what it could be cause its freaking me out...thx

adjust your idle! change plugs,change distributor cap and rotor,change plug wires,change air filter,change fuel filter!
it could be any of the above!
whens the last time it had a tuneup?
