Default I FIXED IT!

what it actually was was... well it was the spring pad rubbing against the side of the rotor

diagram

(part #12)

it is supposed to push the pads toward the center of the rotor. Somehow they started to rub against the rotor and wearing them down until they broke off... they couldn't come out though cuz they were awkward shapped so they started sitting on teh side of the rotor and once it start to turn it would make the annoying squeeking sound. going to order the parts soon.

just wanted to tell you guys i found the issue. no bad bearings/axles... phew

btw, make sure your pads have two knotches on the other edge of them... thats what keeps these spring pads fromt rubbing against the rotor. my first set didn't.. and wore these away. the second set had them and thus no more noise.

if you feel the need to replace those pads. its a "hardware kit" a lot of places descrive it that way.
