They also had an article about Hasport building an ls/vtec. One of there best issues! IMO

the new Honda Tuning also has an article of how to build a turbo kit for under 300 bucks. pretty detailed description with lots of pics of the install, april '03 issue

 

honda tuning had an article about getting a turbo from used parts (mostly old mitsu parts) for under $300. they put it on a crx, but i'm sure it could be used on others.

 

Is that Import Tuner the April issue? With the yellow Supra on the cover? I cant find tha darn article. lol

I don't buy those magazines anymore (personal reasons.) Can anyone tell me what they used for their ghetto setups?

IMO, you can't build a reliable setup for $300.

 

Oh, they did the job on an Aerio, I was looking for a Civic.
