i order something way back in the day from them off the site, said i paid for it through an online order w/ my cc...yet a month later i dont have the part, and they dont even charge me, BUT they didnt let me know...stupids.

i know there have been probs w/ asylum but the guy who owns it got those dickweeds that were messing with the customers out of the shop. they now have two shops and i have recently purchased from them with no problems.

i heard nothing but problems with the company. but this is all by ear...not by experience.

i ordered twice from there bakk in the days, my first order went well and got my part within a week. second i ordered, they sent me the wrong item and it took 3 weeks and they never pick up their phone. i dunno how a business like them stay in business.

They totally screwed my buddy over (I'm local to the shop). Gave him the wrong bumper, gave him the wrong hood, charged his credit card twice, he had to make legal threats before they finally reimbursed him. And this after having actually gone to the shop in person to make the order. They are crap.
