Couple of Questions about the Civic SI, and SIR
First, the Civic SI came with a 160hp vtec engine correct?
Does the SI come with all the options the EX comes with? or is it stripped down?
Was it made in 1999 and 2000?

Next, I saw an SIR today at school, weren't these basically the Canadian version of the EX model?

The si was sold in 99 and 2000. It has the dohc b16 with 160hp. It had all the options as the ex. The SiR is the canadien version of the si. And they call their ex, si.

See, I'm just doing a little surfing, and it seems like a lot of car dealers are running scams, and trying to pass off EX's as SI's. Which I think is kinda funny, since I believe the 1999 or 2000 model only came in 2 colors, Red or a really cool electric blue, with manual tranny.
The only (possibly) real SI i've found, they wanted 18,000 for it. I bout laughed my ass off at that. I can get an 02 RSX for that price. hehe.
