how do i fit crx seats into my 97civic?

how do i fit crx seats into my 97civic?
I have a pair of crx bucket seats, and was trying to fit them in my 97 civic coupe. I took off one of my civic rail, and tried them on the crx, but the bolt holes are about 1 inch off. What is the mod i have to do to get them to fit?

drilling seems like the only option
or having custom rails built or fitted which would be more

the rsx and newer civic seats sit really high now, even higher then 6th gen civic seats
also your paying a lot for something like side airbags which you cant use, also pretty heavy
