Default d15b7 to d16z6... Big difference???

Hey as you know im going to be swapping a d16z6 in my del sol s and my engine comes monday so ill start putting it in this week. I was just wondering compared to my stock d15b7 how much of a difference is this engine going to be. I assume it will be a noticable change with almost an extra 30hp and vtec but i have never driven an si. So for those of you that have driven an s and a si tell me the difference you notice. THanks
Jim

I did the same swap last summer. But at the same time I put in a stage 2 clutch, and an si tranny... If you're doing at least the si tranny with it, you'll notice a pretty nice jump. For the small amount that the swap costs, it's well worth it. If you have any questions, hit me up on aim, I can give you my number incase I'm too lazy to type **** out...

Just getting the Si tranny in there, you should notice a bit of difference. It's geared a bit lower, and pulls off the line a lot harder.

Wouldn't be it geared higher?

When I went from Civic LX to del Slo SI, I noticed a big difference. Much more eager to rev and the revs didn't drop so much between shifts (soooo anoying in the civic).
