Default What's up?

Ha ha, if my JDM headlights and grill make me rice, your car is a driveable multi colored advertisment for Uncle Ben's. Oh yeah, you smell too!

The difference in darkness is the light. At night or low light, they look really dark, if the sun hits them right, they look really clear and light. I'm very satisfied with them and would definately recommend them. My stockers were destroyed in an accident so I had to get replacements and used the insurance money to pay for them.

Oh yeah, I always see people saying that JDM headlights can't be aimed properly, that since their designed for RHD cars. I hate you people! Your lighting the road in front of your car, it doesn't matter which side your sitting on! Sorry, that always bothered me. Seeya.

Oh yeah, Bumnah, PM me or email me at elvis312@hotmail.com if you know how many people are coming to Carlisle. I'm still trying to figure out a hotel situation. At this point I'm planning to drive up Saturday morning (if you want, drive here Friday and you can stay at my place and we'll leave early) and stay one night up there. Seeya.

If your headlights throw a pattern like that, you should probably get them aimed. I've always though you want both aiming straight ahead, one aimed slightly down to light directly infront of you and one aimed a little higher to hit down the road a bit (that's the way I've always aimed them). If the light is on a _/ pattern, aren't you going to be pretty much blind on a left turn? Seeya.

its not as sharp as _/ per say. the beam is similar to my accord jdm replicas (i can only assume the took a mold off a lhd car), my mom's mercedes, and many other german cars that ive driven, including many oem setups. there is a sharp horizontal cutoff, then a slight flare to the right. i always thought that the left side of the beam had a sharp cutoff to prevent glare to oncoming traffic while the flare on the right helped to light signs, etc

the pattern is asymetrical i think...

Not really? I've never been a big fan of eyebrows. I'm actually pretty happy with the way to front looks right now. I'm never really satisfied with anything, but I like it. I'd like to get another CF hood (my old one was destroyed when the stock headlights were) and I want a little lip spoiler like a stock CTR or Tsunami one.

Since I'm posting all these pics and highjacked this thread anyway, anybody know who makes this lip.

I took the pic at Carlisle last year and I like it. Seeya.
