I pay 1500 every 6 months (1 ticket 96in50 and a 1 accident)

stereo and all mods are typically NOT covered by insurance correct?

My insurance company said as long as it's bolted down it's covered. My stereo and intake were stolen in 1997 and it was covered as long as you produce receipts.

that depends on the insurance....some cover if they see it was bolted down (like literally holes in the car where the speaker box was bolted down)...and some require it to be reported at install time with receipts to cover it.
