Default Building motor - any suggestions

Income tax returns have come in, and with that money I have decided to build my bottom end. By the way... the motor is a D16Z6, and will hopefully be running at least 15lbs of boost once everything is complete.

Does anyone have a personal favorite piston/rod combination?

Has anyone found a company that makes crap that I should stay away from?

Any suggestions/ideas will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

je pistons, total seal rings, crower rods... 9:1 compression

on the same note, when is sleeving recommended/required (like, how much boost/nos) and how does it compare with just a block guard?

I personally would not boost over 12 psi without new sleeves. Yeah it is a bit low, and B engines are supposed to be good for 15 psi with just the block guard. But why risk it?
