Search the hybrid forum.
You'll need:
shift linkage from the Si
OBD1 Si ECU (like G2 said) or do an OBD2 conversion and get the '99-00 Si ECU (P28 or P30 I think)
Si Axles
Si engine wiring harness
Si motor mounts (front tranny, upper left motor - near the cams, AC mount, and rear torque mount) - the stock DX upper tranny mount will work fine
Si throttle cable and bracket that mounts to the firewall
Use www.jdmfan.com www.c-speedracing.com www.hybridgarage.com and www.bseries.net for more info.

You might have to wire the car for VTEC.
But If I remember correctly, a 92 DX comes prewired for VTEC so it should not be a problem. All you would need is an ECU from a b16a2/b16a3 really.
Can he keep his a/c or will he need a del Sol DOHC VTEC a/c bracket? I heard you need it for bseries swaps to keep a/c.

As for VTEC, the '92-'93 was wired for VTEC in all models. After that they started using different harnesses.
