Most yes, but not all (ie ECU). You never know how much someone knows about Bseries stuff so I kept it simple.

Si, will work, but you don't NEED to use only parts from an EG si

Integra axles work fine.
I have a GSR wiring harness
LS throttle body, and linkage, and brackets.

A salvage yard is going to become your best friend.

One thing I'm not too sure about, he has an OBD II engine, does he have to use OBD II sensors, or will a OBD I ECU overide all that?

OBD1 ECU will not be fed the wiring for the OBD2 sensors since his ECU harness is OBD1. He'll just need to add the additional sensors that the OBD1 ecu needs from the Bseries upgrade.

OBD -1 OBDII nightmare. Good luck.
