Default short shifter

wussup everyone,

im planning to invest in a short shifter. is it a must to buy the bushings for it? im planning to get the b&m short throw.

actually from past experience you can get a cheap ass short shifter and just get really good bushings and it will shift better then any name brand shifter with ****ty bushings,...so i recommend getting polyurethane bushings

scrap the ss, get a gsr stock shifter and a set of polyurethane bushings, very solid shiftin. im rockin it and its great.

is the stock GSR a shorter throw? is it better because it has the two bends which put it closer the driver?

it a tad shorter throw then the civic shifter and the bends puts it closer to the driver.

i got a ebay shifter and some energy suspension bushings , and im loving it to me its better then spendin more than $50 bucks on a name

i bought some generic gsr ss on ebay. $20 and my shifts are hella short... just a bit notchy. now for some bushings....

I love the way it shifts, but it rattles a bit and that's a common problem.

I highly recommend the bushings too. They're only like $10 shipped and you might as well do them while you're taking everything else apart. jmo

do bushings make that much of a difference? where would I get them???
