Nice ride

I would have to say that if you want more power for as you say, stop sign to stop sign racing, I would look at the Jackson Racing Supercharger. It will give you more power without the lag that is typical of a turbocharger.

Here is a dyno chart of a 95 Civic EX (same engine)

Turbos are fun and all. But I think that in your case, if you don't want to do a swap, the JRSC would be your best bet.

One thing you should look at upgrading is the clutch. That was one of the best upgrades I've done on my sohc vtec. Possibly look into cams, a header, maybe some head work.

Bakeoff, do you run a turbo setup, or are you talking about upgrading the clutch on a n/a car? If it's the second one, I've never heard that - tell me more!!

My engine is basically stock internals, and I have a stage 2 clutch. It grabs hard. I can do 4K clutch drops and the only thing that gives is are the tires. And at 4K that's just enough to get you to squeal it for a few seconds as you rocket off. A stock clutch would just burn doing that...

Very true... how much did the Stage 2 clutch run you?

Also, I like your Simpsons quote - posted the name night as the episode, no less.

Lastly, what did you use to paint your interior white? Acrylic spray paint? Hmmmm...curious

I got the clutch from a buddy. He bought it new, threw it on his car and blew his tranny a week later, so it hadn't even been broken in... I got it for 120...

The simpson's kick ass!

And interior painting sucks. I recommend not doing it!
