Default Swapping EG Gauge Clusters

Im swapping from the DX cluster to the Si cluster in my 92 HB. Is there any way to change the mileage to match? ive only got 47K miles on my motor and id love for my new cluster to reflect that. there doesnt seem to be a hole for a speedo cable, so how are speed and rpm signals tranferred? electrically? and will i be able to use the tachometer without any additional wiring??

Everything is plug and play as long as you are swapping a manual for manual or automatic for automatic cluster. You can use your existing speedometer on the new cluster. It comes off with a few screws in the back

be REALLY careful when working with it. the speedo comes out with 3 or 4 screws out of the back. theyre pretty obvious. but nothin should fall out

Uh. A Manual cluster will work in an auto car you jsut don't have the shift selector lights. I have a manual Si cluster in my auto DX (the auto will change in time).

There's three or four screws in the back holding the speedo in the cluster, remove them and it shall drop out.

I know it will work, but the SRS plug (that also contains the auto indicator wires) won't fit so it's technically not plug and play

I have an SI on my auto DX also.
