Moisture problem: Don't let your car go from a very cold climate to a warm one instantly. Not only are you getting moisture build up on electrical components, you are getting it in your engine with the oil and in your gas tank which could cause your fuel line to freeze and your car not run.

Clutch problem: Is this also dependent on tempurature? If so, you maybe getting condensation on your clutch cable causing ice crystals to form and slowing the cable down. If it's not tempurature dependent, take it back to the dealer and tell them you are having problems you've never had before.

Different cars have different 'temperments'. One may do it, the next may not. Part of the joys of complex machines.
