Default rear lip/ front lip

hi, i have a 98 civic ex coupe, i have an aftermarket exhast catback, and my exhast tip is very close of touching my rear bumper, if i add this rear lip on, would it be rubbing it, or do i need to lower my exhast to make the lip fit perfectly?

Also, are those lip on ebay any good? is there any other places to get front and rear lips for my car?

thanks you!!!!

the rear lip makes the rear bumper lower....but not that much lower at the point where the exhaust cut out is. I'd say it only makes it at most like an inch or two lower at that point. Here's my OEM rear lip for my '98:

I think the OEM lip is the best looking one around, IMO.
