Default h22a civic hatch

i have a 1994 dx hatch....and have been working on it for about 9 months (i ran out of money at one point and it sat for 6 months).

anyway last night i got the last thing on i needed to be street legal....a catalytic converter!

the car is 90% gutted, still looks rough, but i can now drive it (though i need reg and inspection)....and man it pulls like crazy in the high end. im running a p72 ecu so low end is wek, but the car is so light it pulls like a beast. i am almost afraid to really open it up for long it pulls so damn hard!!!

i jusdt picked up a helmet and will get a race seat in a week or so, then a cage will go in.
around the same time i will install a direct port nitrous kit.

from then ill race and focus on suspension til i can afford to have the block sleeved...then all turbo!

Sounds good. I considered the h22 when I was getting bored with my GSR.

initally i will only be running a 100 shot...since the stock ringlands will probably fail anyway...
when i havfe the bottom end built i plan on going with cast iron sleeves (darton) as well as eagle rods, and wiseco pistons....then balanced to aorund 10,000 rpm. I will most likely go with a combo of turbo and spray....100-125 shot to spool a large turbo. AEM EMS will be on long before the turbo though.....

any particular reason for using the p72 ecu instead of a p13?

higher redline, and more programs for it, doesnt use the EGR, and hondata can chip it as well.
the p72 tends to be weaker on the bottom end which is fine for a lighter car but the ten peak hp up top make it a lot of fun.
