Default My new system. Opinions please!

am getting ready to plunk down the $ for my 2nd system in my 95 Civic coupe. Here's what I have planned so far:

In the trunk:
Audiobahn 12" Q Flame subwoofer/ 1100w RMS
Audiobahn Flame 2 channel 1200w X 1 amp
Audiobahn 1 Farad capacitor
DVD player
6 cd changer
All that inside a custom build inclosure that is REMOVABLE!

Inside:

AudioBahn 6.5" Carbon Comp 2-Way Matched Component System...in the doors
AudioBahn 6.5" Concentric Swivel 3-Way Speakers...in the rear deck
Audiobahn 2 channel amp
Audiobahn crossovers

Audiobahn 10g cables

Optima Deap Marine battery

Should be a SWEET ASS system.

Let me know what you think!

Outxider--- I love the looks of Audiobahn. Also, its rare( i guess) to find someone who uses the same company for everything(minus the HU and TV's.....soon to come).

Audiobahn fan......Spike

Why dont you try to mix n match, you might end up with better sound... Infinity, Eclispe, Cerwin-Vega, i have heard theres and it sounds very good.

1. 1200 x 1, meaning its a mono channel amp not 2
2. you should use 1 farad per 1000 watts, or 1 farad per 500 watts to be on safe side, your gonna want more than a 1 farad cap (thats if that audiobahn even holds a true 1 farad)
3. 10gauge power & ground is going to fry and cause fires, for all the power that those amps 'say' they can do, you would want to run atleast 2gauge if not 0 from the battery to the deep cycle batteries in the trunk, then you can run 2gauge from that into a distro block and break that run into dual 4gauges for your amps.
4. is this battery going in the trunk as a 2nd or under the hood as the only battery? if in the trunk as a 2nd then you wouldnt need the cap simply because thats all a battery is is a large capacitor.
