I've had bought some neuspeed race springs 5years ago and it came in an H&R box with neuspeed stickers if that tells you anything. I always thought they used the H&R brand in europe and called them nuespeed in the US.

Neuspeed springs were made by H&R until 2-3 years ago. Although there is no confirmation, Neuspeed springs are supposedly made by Eibach now.
