you have to set a budget. all the bad ass looking fast cars have over atleast $6000 invested.

if you're just starting the hobby. I'd go with.

1)intake-make you think you have performance
2)lowering springs...around 1.5-2 inch drop nothing more yet
3)jdm style mirrors-at tornactive.com make the ride look 100 times better
4)front lip-or save for a bodykit

all those mods will be $100-$150 a piece and in my opinion are the best starting grounds

I just read above DO NOT BUY PROKIT!!! the drop is miniscul...not even worth it.

and as far as camber kit goes, two of my cars with neuspeed sports I bragged about no camber wear. after getting larger wheels, I could notice the camber wear since the side wall is so much smaller compared to big ole 15 inch tires.

There are too many civics with just Intake..or lowered and rims..its to played out..save up do a swap and make your car fast (if you don't want to be called a ricer by the domestics) My first mod was Ls/vtec. but im just into racing and stuff.."To each his own" so if you want all Show. slam it and put 18s, if you want GO save and buy a swap..then buy some Rotas or go cheap and buy Si wheels or Geeser rims and gun metal them.
Just my 2cents.

As far as saving goes I can probably save about $150-200 every month, But even that is pushing it. As far as looks go, I just want a nice clean look, basically I just want my car lowered with rims and a nice deep sounding exhaust system. I am interested in making my car faster though!
