Maybe I worded that wrong. I mean isn't the stock tach usually pretty inaccurate?

How much for a JDM cluster?

That's not a point, that was your bungled attempt at a rip. How about you stop bagging on the guy for APC. A lot of clean cars have some APC products on them. It's his car, he can do what he wants. At least he doesn't brag about high 15's like it makes him a god...

edit:

Sorry. To stay on topic, I'd say do whatever makes you feel best about it. Or take a look at both dipped and condom...'d and see which one you like best :dunno:

the red bulb condoms will make the interior red, however if you want it to turn out more orangy then you can spend more. however the red condoms do a great job IMO. ALSO - buy yourself spare Inst light bulbs before you do anything else.

looks like it to me. But you have a sedan, where are your other two door indicators?

I do believe that would look quite nice indeed.

edit to my post. with my 5th gen coupe, the bulbs normally put out a yellow cheap lookign light. the red condoms make that light a reddish orange, and that is how my gauge cluster looks now.

no you want an eg9 cluster
it'll have 4 door on the rpm tach part.

and yes i do believe the stock tachs are off by a couple hundred.

i'd get the sir cluster and a shift light...

it only matters when you are redlining it, and if you are racing you usually don't have time to look at the tach. so just get an sir cluster and a shift light, and hide the shift lights which is pretty easy to do.

get an eg6 cluster or an eg9 cluster
