Default tranny and clutch ??

My friends have been having a problem when driving my car. When they release on the clutch pedal the car lunges back and forth and doesn't really stop until the clutch pedal is pressed again. This doesn't happen to me because I'm used to the way my car drives. Here are the specs on my car if it helps.

1993 Civic EX
100,600 miles
Stock clutch
DC Sports Header
Apexi WS exhaust
New battery, plugs

Could this be a problem with a worn clutch? Could it be a problem with the synchros in the transmission?

Why are your friends driving your car? Sounds to me like they don't know how to drive a stick....

yeah, that's what i've been thinking, since my one friend has been driving an automatic Nissan Pulsar for the past two years ... my other friend has gotten much better now that he owns a SE-R Spec-V. thanks for the input guys.

yeah, i got 100k out of it. it's slipping a little bit, but if i concentrate on shifting it's avoidable. the only abuse this clutch has seen was me learning on it at 72k and a little autocrossing this summer. i'm trying to hold out on getting a new one because i want to swap a B16 in, so getting a new clutch would kind of be a waste.

i read in a magazine that when you replace the clutch, you have to replace the throw-out bearing and in order to do so, you need a hydrolic press to be the bearing off of some metal rod thing. is this true?
