They make the highest HP per Liter cars in the world, they don't need to turbo them. It's probably just a inside rule they have.

They have made a few in the past.The CITY had a 1.2 turbo @130hp(A freind has one in his wifes 1st gen civic
).They also made 6(i think) TT accords

Because they dont need to. They make great cars without the help of turbo.

PROBABLY because performance is a very MINIMAL thought in the mind of honda... they are economy cars.. granted they are peppier than MOST economy cars.. but all in all they are JUST economy cars..
