yes... VW owns Audi. They SHARE parts. So do Ford and Mazda. Chevrolet and Toyota. Go look at the parts of a Mazda MX-6. Look at the parts for a Chevrolet Cavalier. Infinity IS Nissan. There are Nissan Skyline (G35), Nissan Cefiro (I35)

Lexus IS Toyota. There are Toyota Altezza (IS300), Toyota Aristo (GS400)

Audi IS NOT VW. There are NO Volkswagen A4's. NO Volkswagen S4's. NO Volkswagen TT's.

so answer your question, since I don't think anyone did, the nsx in japan has shorter gearing, a bigger (i think) ring & pinion set, and i believe a more potent motor.
