My hood release cable tab broke off a long time ago, and i had to use pliers to pull it sometimes to get the hood unlocked...

But now i 've had my replacement cable from majestic sitting in my garage for a few weeks...

The oem honda book just says to remove the bumper as well as the kick panel(which is already off)... do i need to pull off the driver fender to route the cable as well? I thought i might have to do that but maybe i dont..? Has anybody here changed their's out before?

 

I would re-route the cable into the engine bay if I were to go through this. http://causeforalarm.thecarthing.com...ble/index.html
