I just read today in Import Tuner that they're releasing a 30th Anniversary edition Civic that will have the kit of the Type R but that's it...... F'N HONDA ALWAYS SCREWS US!!

I *think* the engine in the Civic Type R is the same as the RSX S. *****I said I think ok***** It'd be nice if we got the New Integra Type R(They're still the Integra in Japan I beleive). Why oh Why Does Honda hate us so?

actually he thinks right. the RSX Type S and Civic Type R share the K20A2 (200 in Type S, 197 in R) while Si/ base RSX share K20A3

and yes, it is still the Teg elsewhere

Umm thats the prototype SRT-4, not the production version.

actually one of the mags got a hold of a production model and tested it...it was within 5% of prototype numbers. Actually i think SCC got a production model after they tested the prototype and retested it again. The production model also does not have mufflers just like promised.

yup thats right over in japan that is they have the same motor but i think the integra is putting out a little more hp than the civic type-R
