I´m been offered a good deal on a Rear disc Brake swap for my 92 Civic. The brakes are from another Civic that had them from the factory. Is there a difference between those and the Integras? Are the Integras bigger or better? Thanks

if you have an Si, then the brakes are the same.

I beleilve the only civic that had them were teh Del Sol VTEC, and the 92+ Civic Si.

the rear disk brakes are virtually identical between the civic ones, and the integra ones. The e-brake lines on the integra are a perfect fit for the coupes, and from what I have heard the lines on the del sol, and the 92-95 hatch are a but short, but will work with enough tugging.

This is all relating to 92-95 civic BTW, but should be valid for 96+ also

Perfect. So they are the same. I was asking because the description reads DAP Civic Rear Disc Conversion , D16Z6 , B16A and under that it says for all 92-95 Civics. Thanks

i think for a 96+ coupe you have to get the si brake lines.

For 96-00, you can use 92-95 Si/EX-ABS, 94-01 RS/LS/GS/GSR Integra, Del Sol VTEC, or 99-00 Si parts. All the lines will interchange, with the exception of the Del Sol parking brake cables. You have to use rear disc Civic or Integra parking brake cables.
