Just imagine the deck is an empty pocket.

GReddy TT and Blitz SSBC

You remove the pocket and open up the hole a little. I used a Dremel to enlarge the opening about a mm or two on the top and bottom. Then I slid the metal sleeve that came with the deck in there and locked it in place. Then I stuck the deck in. I'm not using any other supports. It's been fine for over a year.

thanks! thats what mine looks like. rite now the i have the factory cd player which i will be removing and replacing with a din pocket once i install my new pioneer 6400 .. .

the reason i asked was after seeing this pic .. . . .

i thought that section might be different from car to car. i'd much rather have that than what i have rite now.

o yea inspyral, u mite not remember but i boughtsome polarg wedge bulbs from u a while back, they didnt work too well in the turn signals of my smoked taillights, so i put them in my reverse housings (also tinted). they work much better in there! cuz the lights are hyperwhite they catch the eye much better which is the point of the reverse lights i guess. thanks!
