Default Snow tire reccomendations

I'm lookin' to put some 185/65/14 snow tires on my steelies for the upcoming winter. I know that the Bizzaks are supposed to be really good, but they're more than I want to pay.

I've been to tires.com and tirerack.com – the tires that intrest me the most are the Semprits (i've got a friend who has them and likes them). However, I'd rather pick up the tires locally as shipping to my apartment can be a pain in the ass.

I'd like to stay under $60 per tire if possible.

Any suggestions?

You can stick with all seasons too.

Here's the search I did:

Go to Fleet Farm, as you're in wisconsin, or Farm and Fleet(which every you have locally). I have a set of the Spectrum Starfires. They are an allseason radial with a very agressive tread. I use them as my snows and they work very well. I think they were about $60 a piece.

Hondaman – I just called Farm and Fleet and they recommended those tires. They were $58 a piece. I might be able to get some Semprit winter tires cheap, otherwise, I'm going to go with the Starfires. I guess they're made by Cooper Tire.
