Sorry, but there are no 16" Si wheels. 
Unfortunately there are no other wheels that have a similar design to the Si's that are offered by the aftermarket (maybe after this post, Rota will soon change that 
). If you do have your heart set out for a set of Si's, they run around 300 on up (usually w/ tires) depending on the condition of the wheels.
If you do decide on a set of 16's many folks on this board have gone with the lightweight choices that Rota offers. To see a selection of them, you can go to www.groupbuycenter.com. There are always a groupbuy going on for rota wheels there.
