Default Dash lights not working. HELP, SUGGESTIONS?????

Ok I wired my fog lignts into my parking lights sunday, blew a fuse under the dash (#32) and replaced it. I noticed last night that i had not lights illuminating my gague cluster. The turn signal, high beam, door open and other lights work just not the ones that actually illuminate my gagues, also the alarm dosent sound when you leave your lights on after you turn off the car nor do my parking lighs flash when i arm or disarm my alarm, but my parking lights, turn siganals, hazards, head lights and fog lights all work. I figured it was a fuse. I tested all the fuses under the dash and under the hood, the only fuse that i did not get any power from was #31, in the helm manual it say it controls ge ECM?PCM, PGM-FI mail relay, and the intergrated control unit, so i pulled it to inspect it, the fuse was not blown, i put a new one in just to make sure and i still had no gague lights can anyone on give me some other reasons why the may not work?

Could be a short where you wired in your fogs. My phylosophy is that if it worked before you messed with it, then it's what you did that broke it. Check everything that you did before you had the problem... hope it helps.

Same thing happened to me and it was an under-dash fuse. :dunno:
