would rsx coilovers fit on a 99 civic??

suspension design is totally different.
96-00 civic shares the same as 88-00 civic 90-01 integra coilover sleeves.
96-00 civic is on its own for full threaded shock body coilovers.

Yup, the RSX uses a Macpherson type strut out front and a regular coilover out back if I'm not mistaken.

yes, as long as it is a sleeve type coilover.. all 88-00 civic's are the same.
spring rates are usually high on universal setups so depending on chassis, it may be more stiff in some than others or vice versa. (too soft)
