Whats a good spring rate for a auto-x and street application???

you need to give a little more information... Daily driver? FWD / RWD?
I'm trying out 400f/500r right now. its a rough ride and not a good daily spring rate but should be great on the track.

auto-x and street aplication i though ment track and daily driver.... and i dont really care about ride...i have alost a fully striped car. no blower motor hearter core.... Thats just to show you how i feel abnout ride.. i love racing but not on streets and cant afford another vehicvle so i will sacrifice somehting for fun..

GC has a kit for koni yellows but only for integra would that work for the 95 civic koni yellows?

koni makes shocks for the civic. integra and civic shocks are primarily the same.

itr shocks are different from your civic shocks.

get the following:

450F/550r spring rates with koni yellows great setup.

get the setup corner balanced and aligned.
