Default I Bought My First Car Today!

Well, after waiting for 2 years(due to parents) I finally was able to buy a car. I bought a 1995 Honda Civic EX coupe. Here's the details:

95 Civic EX
Full power with sunroof
Mods:

Engine:
GSR swap with 1200 miles
Bored out to 2.0 litre I was told... I have the paperwork. ~200horses
Upgraded ECU etc.........Everything need for a GSR swap was done
AEM CAI
DC Sporte 4-2-1 headers
AEM cams
AEM pulleys
NGK plugs and wires

Suspension:
Matrix coilovers with AGX struts
DC Sports lower tie bar/upper sway bar
Neuspeed lower sway bar
Wheels:
Maxxim 17" rims
Toyo tires

Exterior:
T2000 front lip
Ground Designes wing
Stock side skirts and rear bumper/lip
Projector headlights with PIAA bulbs
Clear corners
Greddy cat-back with DTM style muffler(Sounds really good.....not like a weedwacker, but a nice deep throaty sound)

Interior:
Type R pedal covers
Type R shift nob
Clutchmasters Stage 2 racing clutch
B&M Short Shifter

I.C.E:
Sony in-dash CD player

I think thats it. I'm not sure about everything. I plan on working on it from the inside out starting with the motor work. Will probably rebuild the GSR and do a t3/t4 turbo. I want a 300hp daily driver.

I got the whole car for $3500!!!!

I will try to get pics up next week!

Seems like everything has already been done. But it seems nice.

Default Mods

Yeah. Most everything has been done till summer. It needs a paint job BAD so I am thinking either Honda Milano Red(with carbon fiber hood, wing, and projectors), or a darker Civic Si type blue.

Anyway. I want a show worthy car eventually. I just needs some major cleainging and lubing etc.......

woooow $3500!!! u Lucked out.. that's even less than the GSR-swap costs by itself.. Congratz!

i hope the car isn't salvaged or stolen or anything bad, did u get it checked with a mechanic? if so and everything's koo, u seem to have got the deal of the century.. wow

for those of u who will bad-mouth this guy, i see nothing wrong w/ buying a modded car.. from my point of view, he saved himself a ****load of money and can just add to the existing mods... he just got ahead of the game

Default Thanks for all the postive feedback!

Hey all,
Thanks for all the positive feedback.

--I do have a $5000 CarFax and the car came up clean.

--Had it taken to the local repair shop for the "New Buyers" overlook. Basically a more detailed inspection. Other than having lowering springs, it passed fine!

--I have all the paperwork for the car(maintinence,mods,swap,etc...)

I know, I bought an already moded out car, but for $3500...who cares. A bunch of the mods done need to be touched up or replaced. And a couple things I don't like.

I WILL GET PICS UP NEXT WEEK!

Spike

EliteAccord: Where can I get the stock headlamps? The wing its go looks good. I may take it off and see how I like it though.

MaxBoost: Stooopid good price I guess. I'll post pics early next week!

Pinoydon2003: Thanks for sticking up for me for buying a pre-modded car I hope no one bad mouths me

ManInCamo: No, it has a clean title. I hope it doesn't break next week It hasn't taken ALL the fun out of owning a Honda. I still have stuff I want to do to it!

Sounds like a really amazing deal....I just hope it wasn't completely beat to death by the previous owner.
