Default 96 Civic LX - Lights on Air/Heat buttons..

Hi,

I have a 96 civic, and at night time the lights on the air setting and the heat setting do not work, does anyone know how to fix it?

And, i am not sure if this is a problem, but it seems that the window on the drivers side, when pushing up, it goes too far up, and then comes down slightly when i let go....

Thanks for the help!

I believe it is like the bulbs on the back of the gauge cluster. I dunno if you can buy them anywhere but the dealer so they can check and see for you which one you need.

look through the diy guides, there are some for converting a 96-98 climate control to a 99-00 and also some for changing the lights to different colors
this shows all the steps to pulling it apart and how the lights fit in as well

for the windows its a very common problem for them to fall off their tracks, take the door panel off and you can fix the window, lube it and hope it stays put for a while before it falls back off

Ok, I ordered two BLUE bulbs, that is the correct color?

If you go to the estore.honda.com and look at part number, it is 79629-SR3-003

I hope that is right...

That link you gave is awesome, shows in depth what i need to do.

Thanks

looks right to me, but even if it isnt you should be able to find bulbs that will work at any car parts store

good luck with the install, i intend on swapping all my climate control and cluster to red someday but its cold outside and im broke and lazy and all the lights work fine for now
