did you take the car to a shop and have them clear the codes for you? or did you just turn the car back on after swapping the sensors?

http://www.aa1car.com/trouble-codes/codes_199.htm Both heater codes. If I remember rite both heater circuits are wired together. You probably have one green wire one white wire (thy are use for the 02 signal) and 2 black wires thy are used for the heater tap into both of them on should have 12 volts just after you turn a key on. One should have 0 volts.

Get back.

Did you check the 2 wires? you ether have an open in the 12 power wire or the ground or possibly a bad ecm not likely.

Ok you check the 2 black wires plugged in, back prob the connector with a safety pin. Lets say you see 12v on both wires you have and open ground. Lets say you see 0v in both wires you have and open power.

Run the wire tests first then look down.

Get your etm (electrical trouble shooting manual) http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/
Read the intro to the book. Find the pgm-fi section find what pin is your power out put from the ecm check to see if you have 12v key first turned on. If you do not have 12v you have a bad ecm.

ECM=ECU. Try resetting the ECU by unplugging the ECU fuse for 5 or more seconds. That should reset your ECU.
