On a '95 civic, an AEM CAI may increase the crank hp by 20, but only transfer 5 hp to the wheels.
On an '02 RSX, the same AEM CAI may increase 20 hp to the crank as well and transfer 10 hp the the wheels.
Therefore, because both crank hp was increased by 20 it doesn't mean that both whp will increase the same amount - meaning that CRANK HP HAS NO BEARING ON WHP.
