And even if your specific lamps are supposedly certified, that doesn't necessarily mean that they all are.
The overwhelming majority of these tinted lens headlamps are made quite cheaply.
The quality control simply isn't there.
Most importantly, the lighting performance pales when compared to a true HID setup.
The only logical reason to throw hundreds of dollars into lighting upgrades is to improve the actual light output. Your tinted headlamps have produced the opposite effect.
So, if you're pissed about my Tinkertoy comment... tough shit.
