Two of my pipes meet at the wheel well where the resonator usually is. We got about 5 inches of rain in two days and I guess it just filled up from there because that couppler popped off last week and I haven't driven it since because it's been raining.

it's either battery or clamps on battery connectors. replace 'em and charge battery. if it's not hook up tight enough, starter doesn't get enough current, so tht 'll shut off everything. meaning clamps are loose.

im thinking it's my battery because I was fucking around with it and my laptop for a few day with just the accessory on, but it still would start fine.. then today it just randomly died. Then I'd only get my dome light, then I'd only get the beeping when the key was in the ignition, then it all stopped and I have nothing. Maybe I didn't even hydrolock my alternator is just bad or something and it's all coincidental.

Even so, if it was in the wheel well I don't see how very much water would get in there. Do you know it sucked water in, or are you guessing?

I hope it's alright.

I have no clue. Weird shit always happens to me. Stupid obnoxious shit.

I don't think water got in, and if it did it wasn't much at all since the car was idling, so the throttle body was closed, I slid the top pipe over the bottom one and heard sucking and pulled it off. I think what happend was I starved the motor of air. My spark plugs weren't wet.

I mean I can see how easy it is to hydrolock at WOT or even part throttle but at idle I doubt much got in at all. I hope it was just lack of air and then my battery finally went, or maybe the battery fuse.

But have had nothing but problems with this car since I put I pulled the motor from the four door and put it in the hatch.

listen.. you need to become more picky about the little things.

this will solve many many issues with your car.

if a connection doesn't look perfect, don't stop working on this thing until it's done right. If your pipes don't fit together right, fix them. Start getting picky and you will have a way easier time with this thing. trust me on this, i've been there.
