THe only thing worth anything would be the injectors, chip (that you have to put in right?),fuel pump and thats about it. I wouldnt say that was worth 1000 bucks cause if its ebay shit it will be worthless in at most 6 months. You also wont be able to control boost very well with a crappy wastegate. If anything start replaceing things if you can do that in a hurry like 6 months. Dont buy a spring buy a real wastegate priced around 300-400 with a 8lb spring and you will have to get a turbo and manifold eventually. Get a pitcure if you can.
